If one country want to be strong, the education is indispensable. The America as superpower obviously has various of the features for the education system. In the system, American teachers are an important part of the education. The America constantly improves in the education system and the teacher’s situation. However, the American education and teachers both have their problems. If people want to know whether American education and teacher’s condition is advanced, they need to understand their strengths and weaknesses.

The American education and union help teacher to receive an equality salary. This state avoids unfair treatment and discrimination when teachers work similar hours. It also encourages and confirms young teacher’s performances, and help every student in different schools acquires similar education because if some schools paid high salary, the good teachers would concentrate in few schools. Furthermore, the American government invests a lot of money, in the education, and it is 4.8% G.D.P. at 2005. It is apparently that America values the education. The investment supports students to have high quality education and finances parts of their tuition. In addition, the system also has flexible teaching methods. The American education focus on training student’s creativity and improve student’s learning interest.
