SWOT Analysis To begin with, if we want to recruit prominent people to join the military, we need to know what we have that will attract people and what our competition looks like. Thus, the outcome of assessment will indicate and estimate the potential factors that may affect the recruiting effort. Also, we will know what the critical vulnerability and inadequate are in this organization. a. Strength: (1) The salary that over the average wage of labor force in Taiwan is the strength to recruit soldiers. According to the government policy that every soldiers can receive 1,100$ dollar every months. (2) Basically, soldiers have to stand by on the post every day, expect for the weekends. However, most of military units have allowed soldiers to go home every day, when they complete routine training, besides those soldiers who have to serve as the night guard and patrol. b.
