The strategic point of second language study is working out communication skills. Through the expansion of this goal, learners cultivate the abilities indispensable to manage the content of the other four Cs Standards goals. Thus, conversational skill comes up with the capacity to control the three ways of communication: interpersonal, interpretive, and presentational. Successively, to be able to communicate learners need to run through all three types of communication and proficiency-based activity levels during a program; they most conveyed the intention for selecting a second language course.
