Do you know Tim Hortons? Yes, It’s a famous store in Canada of selling coffee and doughnuts. But Miles Gilbert opened the store. Then why is it named “Tim Hortons”? Let’s go back the years and find out.
1964, the 1st store opened as the name of Tim Horton Doughnuts. But it change back to Tim Hortons anyway. It was named Tim Hortons to remember that Tim had played all the way to the National Hockey. Sadly he died in a car accident. Because his outstanding contribution, he becomes Canada’s pride.
