The story outline of the internship involves two men Billy and Nick who are seeking food their dream job. “Picture the greatest amusement park you've been to as a kid, now imagine a place a million times better and nothing like it” this is at the point that Billy and Nick were on the verge and about to dive into the new chapter of their lives.
The new chapter refers to the scene of the movie when Billy and Nick were a mess,they both lost their jobs as the company they were working at closed down, this thereafter left these two middle aged salesman stranded and looking for a job. After long hours of searching for jobs Billy finally headed to his laptop and opened google after staring at the screen Billy stumbled upon the idea of an internship

At first we see lyle as the leader but as the movie progresses we realize Billy in fact shows the characteristics of leadership. Billy didn’t show the characteristics of management, he motivated and inspired the team members to reach their goal. Each and every member in team lyle showed characteristics of management their ability to take on a task individually as for instance when their was a coding challenge and Neha took the obstacle and tackled it by herself.

The film comprises more of the topics covered in our matrix syllabus such as branding and marketing, professionalism and ethics. This movie helped us gain more knowledge of these topics and helped us visualize it in the real world. I personally think it is very relevant for the business studies matrics to watch this film because it gives us short term motivation. And hopefully use some of the content in the movie to help us when we start working and as Billy and Nick saw the world when they got out that blender; endless possibilities. This movie was also inspiring and taught me a lot and I feel like it is very relevant to grade
