For example, since all the issues has evolved around the time then the managers need to set up some kind of system that can automatically clock employees in and out as they are coming and leaving. The system should clock all the employees in out by the scan of their badge. Like when my mother used to work at Spartan Electronic, they had gated doors that would not let you in until you scanned your badge to clock in. So if Sandwich Blitz have a system just like this then I believe most of their issues would be solved.
However, when it comes down to the second step the managers begin to measure the performance that was set. Linking everything together will guarantee that everyone is clocking in and out of the facility and it is monitoring how many times they are leaving and clocking in and out. The only thing I would say is that Lei and Dalman would have to come up with an effective plan to make sure all the system are up to date; so the systems will not malfunction on everyone. Lei would also need to find the best position for employee’s access only so they can install the new control system for all the employees to clock in and
