After making a decision, it is always to share the idea with an outside source. It could could be an individual or anyone. If the idea just stuck in a group than the potential outcome could be dangerous since the group members are often from same backgrounds. Not everyone shares their ideas because of fear, being ignored and misgivings. It is good to assign each group members a special task to to make sure the task is complete. In “ The Stanford Prison Experiment” researchers had an opportunity to prevent damages of prisoners. But they went real extreme as real life prison. The prisoners civil rights were violated because of the experiment. It was all part of the experiment. Researchers did not know what the outcome would be. They know real prisoners typically feel powerless, hopeless and frustrated.They were forced to release some prisoners because things got out of hand. Lack of gameplan damaged things. As one of the researchers said, “ In less than 36 hours, we were forced to release prisoner 8612 because of extreme depression,
