The Sport Of My Sport: Trampoline

My sport is called Trampoline. In this sport gymnasts perform acrobats while jumping on the trampoline. They do stunts such as 360 spins,front flips,and backflips. All these moves could be done in 3 ways. The 3 ways are tucked,piked,and straight. Tucked is when your knees are clasped to your chest with hands. Piked is when hands are close to touching feet and arms and legs are pointed straight. Finally,straight is when your body is straight and your legs are close to each other while your arms are at your sides. Trampolining started in the 1930’s when George Nissen observed a safety net.
