The Song Of Gretchen

This story is about a girl, a girl who thought she had it hard. Not only did she realize how much she had, but she realized the amount of love God had for her and the amount of love and compassion showed to her by others. No one's saying she went through trouble though, because she had hardships, and many of them. From bullies to fat jokes to all of her insecurities, they got to her all. She had no clue how beautiful she was, one of the most beautiful in her land. Her name was Kyra, a normal girl from the small town of Baton Rouge. She went to a public school for most of her elementary time, getting bullied, called names, and picked on by the people she called her dear friends. Kyra had completely forgotten to ask Gretchen if she was a Christian or not. So Kyra went up to ask Gretchen, but she had no idea what that meant. Kyra started to explain to Gretchen about how Jesus died on the cross for the sins of all humanity, but Gretchen had no interest. She told Kyra that if she kept telling her about some “Jesus foolishness”, she would sing her song as loud as she could. The song of sirens are very dangerous to humans. The next day at school Gretchen told her about some guy that she liked, and she filled her ears with ungodly things done with these people. Kyra was fed up with Gretchen. She lashed out on her and exclaimed to her that she tried to help her and she didn’t want any. She told Gretchen that it was her choice to go to hell, not hers. God nudged her and chastised her, and she quickly asked for forgiveness. That night, as Kyra was going to sleep, Gretchen had decided to try and kill Kyra by singing her song at full blast. Before she could even attempt to do that, Kyra took the coin out of her pocket, throwing it in the toilet. Gretchen was gone before she even noticed anything was
