In the essay, “ The sociology of Leopard Man”,written by Logan Feys talks about how you can lose your sense of individuality living in a perfect society where everything has to be perfect and artificial trying to be someone thing you're not and essentially becoming the perfect person everyone wants. . Feys says that he is unimpressed with people who change their hair dramatically or extreme tattooing and piercings all their doing is seeking attention. I don’t agree with Feys, because if that makes them happy then who cares what people say it’s all about what you think about yourself. If you don’t love yourself and how you look then people won’t either. For example, extreme tattooing people tattoo their bodies because it usually has a meaning dedicating it to their family or loved one out of respect or love because they loved them or respect. You can’t judge a person for doing this just by looking them.

I totally agree with Feys with this, because when people usually see unusual things they stare imagine how that person feels when someone does that they must feel really insecure when they do it all, because they don’t look like everyone else. For example like sword swallowers, hairy women, extreme tattooed people and a strong man these people do this because it’s what they love and have an interest in these things and makes them happy. They shouldn’t be judged for what they do as a job because they love it. Most people have jobs they hate
