Mark Zuckerberg proved his talent in innovation even when he was before college. He started “using computers and writing software in middle school”, and his father also “hired software developer David Newman to tutor him privately, but the tutor admitted that it quickly became difficult to stay ahead of his pupil, referring to him as a ‘prodigy’” (“Mark Elliot”, 2016). Mr. Celiga accused Zuckerberg, claiming that they entitled Mr. Ceglia to 50% of the founder 's equity from when Zuckerberg started the company in 2004 (“Fight”, 2011) just because he gave Zuckerberg $1,000 funding money to start Facebook (“Fight”, 2011). This suit happened after the movie “The Social Network” came out. Obviously, everyone was trying to gain some advantages from Zuckerberg and Facebook.
