The Soccer Players Tale
In a far off land named the soccer kings crown. A famous soccer player named May De Da was pondering how to defeat the Longhorns soccer team. “Those pesky cows always win , they need a defeat.” would say. This year I will hold a tryouts she thought. May’s tryouts were held at the university and her teammates from last year tried out. The first thing was to play a scrimmage game to decide who would be on the team. Lily was a year younger than everybody,Lily had short brown hair and dark blue eyes. Her hands shook as the ball came to her she would need some confidence. The players played the scrimmage they were all good.The same people from last year were put on the team plus Lily. “ Moo moo moo!”
“ Moo,” says the cow.
“Okay they understand the rules and procedures,” says Lily.
The game starts Lily scores the first goal and May scores the The other two.Cally starts yelling like crazy and the Fox stays quiet. The Longhorns score one goal. Tweet! I heard the whistle explode in my ears from two fields down. “ Alright team We are up by two we need to still stay strong remember last year,” says May.” Okay we will do the same positions except Cally go in for Emma and Fox go in for Lily.”
The game begins the Longhorns start acting weird and the Fox gets nervous. He is prey not a predator. The soccer cats get first ball May dribbles it down the middle then passes to the outside. Ally gets the ball she dribbles it into the box and then there is the fox. Wide open in the center. Phoot! The ball is put in the air at the fox's feet. When the fox gets the ball A incredible moment of tragedy happened.. The Longhorn in goal charges at the fox and stabs him right in the chest. Blood gushes out and 30 seconds later the fox falls and is dead!
“ OMG that poor little fox you cows are disqualified and will never be able to play soccer again,” Cries the referee.
