The project managers of each of those teams will meet monthly for the first 6 months and biweekly thereafter until the launch of the SnapLid. Thus, they could work to continuously find ways to apply improvement techniques to reduce costs and increase return on investment. One way that the firm can implement total quality management is to ensure that customer requirements are met with the SnapLid as long as they comply with the manufacturing requirements set out by the industry. Thus, research can be done with the target market to identify what our customer requirements are. Also in addition to the SnapLid Production Launch Team, the firm can have a person who facilitate an improvement team to see if any processes, procedures or goals can be improved with the SnapLid. Pertinent teams will have the platform to discuss the launch and continuously work to find ways to improve the launch and implement total quality management techniques.
