Type A Self Assessment

The six self assessments I took helped me to look at aspects of myself I haven’t considered and reflect upon who I am in a different way. After taking these assessments, there are quite a few things that I agree with. However, I was surprised by some of the findings and have identified a few things that I would like to work on about myself. As I forced myself to make decisions, however, I found that I value honesty, integrity, justice, and fairness the most. I feel this is true for both my professional and personal life. Of the ones I included on my list, I ranked humility and individual dignity as least important. I also discovered that I have a high emotional intelligence. I was …show more content…
I always have a list of things that I need to do for the week and I’m always doing more than one thing at a time. I feel that my Type A personality is directly connected to my ESTJ personality type. I am an extravert and enjoy engaging in a variety of clubs or organizations such as lacrosse, Rochester Young Professionals Association, and a kickball league. However, I would like to work on handling delicate situations better as I am sure I will face them more as I advance in my

Final Exam: Self Evaluation Essay I personally can say that I have seen an improvement in my writing since my initial evaluation in the middle of the semester. During my first evaluation I was very confused with many of the general concepts the class held and it reflected in my writing. Answering the questions presented in the midterm evaluation and reviewing my first writing assignment Meta commentary pushed me to try to grasp a better understanding of assignments and ask for more helpful feedback that would benefit me in developing writing especially in the concept of methods and organization. Slowly and surely as the rest of the semester progressed forward I saw an improvement in my writing style and content.…

Whilst studying business in sixth form, I partook in a team for a charity event in which we created and sold our own milkshakes with the proceeds going to WaterAid. When I first hear the word healthy, I, like many others, probably think at first thought of the physical, bodily well-being of a person. Beyond the physical, a person’s mental, social, and spiritual activities account for a more accurate examination of health as a whole. Being able to recognize each area of your own health is a valuable tool in order to grow and succeed as a student and life beyond college. I took Downing’s self-assessment quiz and through my original opinions of my overall health, the results were also able to confirm and address some of my strengths and weaknesses as an individual. The ability to improve the controllable aspects in my own health is an important tool in life, and self-reflections, like this, make for a great…

Education to me has had such an impact on me, it has helped me get to very place I am today.
