Stress have impact on all over our life, people handle stress differently. And symptoms of stress can vary and some people are better able to handle stress than others. The most common impacts of stress on the six dimensions of Wellness are:
Environmental:
- I don’t think that stress have much an impact on environment as the environment have on stress. Environment impact stress in a lot of ways for example when you have stress and then you see green trees and smell fresh air all this things help in decreasing stress but on the other hand when you see a polluted environment that increases your stress
Physical impacts:
- Low energy
- muscular tension and pain
- Headaches
- Nervousness and shaking, ringing in the ear, cold or sweaty hands and
