1.1 Background of the Study [Rationale]: The evolution and growth of a human being are a remarkable process; has evolved and changed step by step since conception until death. The human being who has taken cared well holistically which includes physical, mental, social and spiritual wellbeing will grow completely and balanced. But this is not an easy thing to do. Why? Because there are many factors that are important variables such as; differences in race, religion, culture and way of life, an individual's personal habits, etc. And this is a challenge to the process of providing training in the seminary and convent.
