The Sinaloa Cartel is responsible for at least 35% of the cocaine made in Columbia, as well as 80% of the cocaine, heroin, meth, and marijuana in the US. Gallardo, which was a pretty big name in the drug trafficking community, recruited Guzman to his cartel and from then on he has been involved with dealing drugs. Not too long after this encounter with the police, he managed to dodge another opportunity of arrest causing him to have some injuries.
