There will be a time when parents wonder whether to send their child to a private or public school. Every parent wants their child to receive a good education so they may have the highest possibility towards success. Investing in a child’s education is excruciatingly important but difficult when making certain decisions. To say private schools are better than public or vise-versa is quite complex and difficult to justify. Both types of schooling create an environment in which there are certain advantages and disadvantages. However, they are similar in some aspects. Nonetheless, regardless of the choice a parent makes, both are viable options in where children can find success and thrive. By being able to compare and contrast the similarities and differences between private and public schools, parents can make their own judgement on what they think is best for their child. Both sectors administrators and educators all try to create the best learning environment possible. Schools want their students to be successful and graduate. They do this by providing specialized courses or programs: math, science, sport teams, special needs program, and courses in relation to the arts. Both provide transportation within a designated area if arranged. The biggest challenge and goal is to prepare adolescents to join and contribute to the world.
