Shopping for groceries is one thing that everyone does in their life, but not all grocery stores provide a good shopping experience for their customers probably because of their “Profit first” business theory. Another reason is that employees in the shop is not being helpful or being friendly. There are different markets or stores available for shopping, but a store that provides pleasant shopping experience is always more preferable to customers because it makes their life easier. Often times, when customers do not find their shopping experience enjoyable, they do not want to return. But most of the stores presented itself that way so they leave customers no choice. Every product they sell that has the Trader Joe’s brand on it is guaranteed with no MSG, no artificial flavors or preservatives, and no DNA modified ingredients (“Product Information”). They also emphasize a lot on freshness of the food they provide. Trader Joe’s also provides varieties of organic food so the consumers can feel more safe when they use it. They also do not carry items from big, national brands, most items in Trader Joe’s is of its own brand. Trader Joe’s also guarantee good quality products to the customers, they have someone tried their products before they stock it in the store (“Product Information”). It definitely feels safer to buy a Trader Joe’s product, because Trader Joe’s let you return the item if you don’t like it. And the staff will not even ask any question about the return. That is something other conventional supermarkets cannot provide. Besides the quality, Trader Joe’s keep the price of their product lower than other markets. How they make your shopping experience enjoyable and accessible is not easy, but they still accomplished it to make our lives easier. However, Trader Joe’s is not as common as some other bigger chained grocery store. Shoppers might have to try looking for a location that suits them, because they are not scattered everywhere like a Walmart.
