I give myself a five on the seventh professional behavior which is the use of constructive feedback. The purpose of constructive feedback is to raise an individual’s awareness of his or her behavior in a way that will lead to corrections or improvements (Willard & Schell, 2014). Based on this definition, I will rate myself as a five because I would like to improve in this area so that I can continue growing. The process of organizing and planning how to divide my time between specific activities is the effective use of time and resources (Willard & Schell, 2014).
