This habit explains how we need to know how to balance our things instead of show focusing on one thing. While staying up all night to finish school work freshman get less sleep which later affects how they will be the next day. Habit 7 explains that if you don’t take the time to better yourself and just continue to pile up things how will you ever improve? “You need time out to rejuvenate the best thing you’ve got going out for yourself--you!” Being balanced is a better way to organize yourself and maintain stress free while entering high school.
