I have been working on my Service learning project (SLP) with Roosevelt elementary school, service learning project program which is basically shaped to demonstrate the US students mind in term of their ethnic, cultural, religion, racial and gender impact of school going students and to encourage other students to experience and build their personal and internal growth and act as an active vibrant citizens to bring change in population of greater Bridgeport area ,Roosevelt school in Bridgeport area accept students from everywhere no matter who you are, where you live and from where you belongs to, working on such project always been an enthusiastic for all of us to watch closely deep down about different American societies, in my SLP program I have associated myself with a group of small schools kids and two Spanish American teachers. In 1987, about 16.4 percent of black students in the state attended schools that were nearly 100 percent minority. Now, about 4.2 percent of black students do. However so much of laws and implementation is making system more complicating and ringing hazard alarm for the kids.
What I further investigated in my services that there is a cultural conflict and dispute between children as they belong from the different back ground and families, here I want to discuss some facts that I have reached to know the term “social conflict” well conflict is a feature of all human societies and, potentially ,an aspect of all social relationships, most of the time what I noticed in them that rather doing their work they were busy in pulling each other legs. American education system is flexible that give enough space to students to enjoy their lives while studying, but as a fact everything contain some pros and cons, and little age kids will not understand this minute
