I believe that naps are healthy for the brain and that they give you that little bit of energy needed to stay awake. Timing your naps just right can let you feel refreshed instead of groggy and tired. Some people don't get enough time for a nap, or at least they think they don't. Here are some reasons why naps are healthy.

Having the opportunity Based on "The Secret Truth About Napping" article, you want to wake up at the end of a sleep stage so that you wake up feeling energized; naps that don't interfere with a sleep stage are proven to be better naps than ones that disrupt one of these stages.
