Based on scientific research in the article school should change the policy to improve the intelligence and success of their students. “I am smart” sticker is not praising but setting a fixed mindset for student and they are believing that they are smart. When they are performing well on the test they get a sticker, but once they encounter difficult problems they give up and result in failure. Instead of praising them by telling them they are smart, schools should give them stickers that appreciate their hard work and which keeps them continue to challenge themselves by attempting difficult problems. For example, a teacher can make a circle and ask a student who got a good grade in the test by asking them how did they studied?, how much time they put in it?, and other strategies they used to be successful. It will not just praise their intelligence but it will help them focus on the processes and hard work they put in for the test. Additionally, it will help other students to comprehend the strategies they can apply next time to be successful. Intelligence is something that can be learn by processes and strategies. Once the student work on a task without giving up and thought that they can overcome any challenges that will come up, it will lead them to a growth
