When the founder of the United States of America were constructing The Constitution they made sure that the wording and punctuation was flawless. There is an Amendment in the constitution that has been ridiculed in the past four presidency in America. This amendment is the 2nd amendment. I am writing this paper in favor of second amendment. I am stating that not hide my point of view. The following is the full Second Amendment on the Constitution of United States of America “A well-regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed” I am not only break down the wording but the laws that are up to control your fundamental rights.
When the founders started to write the second amendment they fought over every single comma. The last revision of the document was changed because the founder wanted to make sure the people we able to defend themselves not only from the government but from criminals as well.
It has been stated people do not have the rights to own “arms”. The anti-gun rhetoric has been stated that the militia is the military. This statement would be false because the military is ran run by the qualms of the governorate militia is not a part of the government It is run by the people. Then we get to the comma the comma the comma is very crucial because it does separate the sentence.
