When the founder of the United States of America were constructing The Constitution they made sure that the wording and punctuation was flawless. There is an Amendment in the constitution that has been ridiculed in the past four presidency in America. This amendment is the 2nd amendment. I am writing this paper in favor of second amendment. I am stating that not hide my point of view. The following is the full Second Amendment on the Constitution of United States of America “A well-regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed” I am not only break down the wording but the laws that are up to control your fundamental rights.

The created one of the best society in the world but yet we don’t think they had the common knowledge of advancement in technology in weaponry. All throughout history the object that were used in war were made better. As an example a rock became a sharper rock, then a to a club, then to swords, and so on a so forth.
When people want gun control it usually comes after a mass shooting. When these mass shooter I do not blame the gun I blame the owner for not properly storing the gun with either a craze or deranged individual in the presence of their home. The members of congress in our country who want to ban the “assault rifle” have no knowledge I what the weapon actually is. There is no such thing as an “assault rifle”. You may ask me what does the AR in AR15 mean. Well it full name is armalite rifle. It is just a brand of the gun itself like Nike or Under amour for shoes. There is no legal definition called an assault
