Music brings the best and worst out of me. Music reflects on certain aspects of people. It seems to connect with people of certain genres of songs. It even has a way to express how people feel if they don’t like to talk. It’s helped me in my life. A great example is the The Script, Kenny Chesney, and Nickelback. The first song is Hall of Fame - The Script ft. will.i.am. I first listened to this song when I was just started getting in shape so I can achieve my dream to be an officer in the Marines. I was on the verge of giving up on my dream when I heard it working it out at home. “Don’t wait for luck; Dedicate yourself and you can find yourself,” I like this quote. It’s basically saying anyone can reach their goal if they just try and believe …show more content…
The song is about your life priorities can change rapidly over the years. “There goes my life; There goes my future” is about things changing in life. I first heard it when I was 13, when I was just starting to think of the Marine Corps because before I was thinking of being an astronaut in NASA. It made me realize people’s dreams and priorities change no matter what. It made me not feel bad about changing something about my life. Far away by Nickelback is my last song choice that expresses my future. “I have loved you all along,” is a great quote from this love song. This was Nickelback’s first love song they ever made. It means loving that one person, no matter what. Through fights and bad times, and how sometimes you can take for granted what you have. It made me realize not to take for granted the people I love today. It also made me realize not take for granted that one person out there that might be that certain someone. It made me realize to tell my family I love them, when they go out the door. Music can express how people feel for themselves or on topics they don’t have the words on how to express about it. Music can show a lot about a person. It can show people’s past. It also shows their present selves. Lastly, it shows how they see their future selves or the world Listen to some music it’ll make you feel

I feel the song Compass by Lady Antebellum describes my character in a nutshell. It’s about following your heart not as much your head. It is about living life as it’s laid out, not how you think it’s supposed to be. I love this song because it also reminds you that someone will always be there when you need them. You may not know who they are, but I hope humanity has not yet reached the point where we leave another human being in need out on the street without offering any help.…

The soundtrack would continue to play capturing every moment in life, although having a soundtrack playing in the background of my life is an impossible idea, there are still those certain songs that seem to sing in my head for every moment I have experienced in my life.
