Charisma builds the relationship between the supervisor and the employees, “this build trust and, respect. Sets the tone for how the supervisor wants things to be, they’re capable of mentoring the employees and, coaching them, also being able to help them think on their own” (Bass & Avolio, 1990). One of the weakness experienced would be charisma because, the supervisor was not able to get the employees motivated, or to think outside the box. Retaining is very important will all companies you do not want to lose the leaders you already have, having this plan in place will insure you keep the leaders fit for the job. The plan should have the ability to work flexible hours, being able to have flexible will stand out to the leader because they are aware that is it fine to come in or leave at different times if something comes up and it is imperative. Another would be more paid vacation or sick days some leaders may look to this as an incentive or motivation to step into a management role, this will help them stay focused on the goals they set in place to become leaders. Also having a mission statement for the company that teaches the value and morals the company wants for all of the employees, how to get your mission statement across would be to send out monthly newsletters that displays the mission statement on it that way the employee is reminded in a very positives way the values. In the newsletter you could acknowledge leaders that have done outstanding jobs, the leader will be more motivate to be a positive role model for the team and company to put the best foot
