1. What methods of data collection will you use and why?
This research work is observational study and analysed data was collected by somebody previously. I have studied many articles and research papers to do this research work and at the end I found some relevant and reliable article relating to mu topic and all articles are approved and scholarly. Many articles that I have chosen are published in well known journals. Due to this reason the information printed in this articles are more accurate than any other articles. These articles are having high standard of information that shows that my research

Different research work has different sampling techniques. I have done observational study under which I have to analyse the collected data of already published articles. Because of the observational type of study there is no definite sampling technique is used in this study.
3. How many participants will be involved?
My research work is literature review so there are not any active participants in this study. I am only the person who actively participates in my study.
4. How long will this research take?
All over it will take nearby one month to complete this study. I will spend few weeks to search relevant articles for my study. Than around two weeks I will spend to understand find the result of the chose articles. Then I will go for finding the vital or important loop hole of the conducted research. Then I will work on loop whole and create the new field of research of the effectiveness or the barriers of the effective communication.
5. Where will you conduct the research?
Waiariki Institute of Technology at Rotorua, New Zealand is the place where I will conduct my study.

It has been inferred that in many organisation there is a major gap between administration and the employees and due to this lack of communication the organisational output is very low. To come out of this barrier to achieve the success and set goals of the organisation administrative as well as employees must go through this research work. In many companies language barrier is primary barrier. In that case if employer will not understand the need of employee and same in opposite direction employee will not understand the need of employer. So they have to come together and attend the meetings on regular bases and try to avoid such communication problems. Both parties have to develop communication skill to avoid problem in future. This research work will also help any another researcher to develop the new area of the research. This research work may be the foundation for developing the planning process of the communication in
