This arrogant professional baseball player, Tommy Santorelli, seen in the opening of the film as a good-hearted boy, has seemingly having lost his way; however, he soon has the opportunity to revisit his own childhood and reflect on his own ego with the help of his great mentor: his childhood baseball coach.
