The Roman inventions made a large impact on our world with the amazing roads, calendars, newspapers, concrete, arches, and aqueducts during the beginning of the Eighth Century B.C.E.
Life in rome was different because you could separate the people into poor or rich people. The poor weren’t exactly treated fairly because the rich people thought they could control everyone. Once free, the Romans established a republic, a government in which citizens elected representatives to rule on their behalf. So they can be free and live life like the want to.
