The Aboriginal people who were already there rebelled in the beginning, but came to accept that they had become part of a new society with the immigrating colonies. Since that time, the U.S. has been a part of Australia’s development and economic growth for more than 100 years, with the military cooperation leading to joint efforts in collecting intelligence, ballistic missile early warning, submarine communications, and satellite-based communications (Vaughn, 2015).
