Child Labors are a group of children who usually under eighteen, and they were asked to do many hard works every day. The Child Labors also play an irreplaceable role in the history., Especially, they become very popular during the Industrial Revolution (History.com Staff). Child Labor still exist in some places today.
Child labor are very popular during the Industrial revolution because they have many advantages. The reason why child labor is wide using by the employer are they have more advantages than normal workers. Because they are young, they are easier to be controlled and follow employer’s instruction strictly. When they normal workers are asked to do some hard works, usually they will complain about the work and even stop doing the work. But for the child labors, they won’t have any complain about the work because they don’t know the situation very much. Their body also provide a huge convenient for their employers. For example if their work need them to work in a tiny place like the mine, they can work in such place easily which make them doing many additional works. Although they doing much work than normal workers, they don’t get higher salary than normal workers. Instead of this, they are paid less than than normal workers. These poor young children never have chance to go to school or to get knowledge from school. Most of them are very poor and slavery(Child labour). More than one over five of children in Africa are majored in the work on farm, in the mine or stone quarries. The main reason of that situation are because they are developing or not developed nations. For example in Sub-Saharan Africa, millions of children are child labor. The first reason is then they try to develop their nations, industry is the most part of their plans. In order to increase the speed of development, they have to employ workers as much as they can. So, they prefer to use the cheaper but easier child labors. The second reason, their teaching skills are not very great. So many children prefer to working when they are to support their family. This situation exist in many nation too. For example in China, because some families can’t afford the schools, many children have to give up their study and work in a factory when they are young.
