a. Transformative leadership is type of leadership that focuses on emotions, values, ethics, standards, and long-term goals. This type of leader influences its followers to exceed their expectations and work well together. For instance, the CEO of a hospital will listen to his/her employees, create connections with staff, and motivate staff to reach their fullest potential. In return this will create more patient satisfaction and job satisfaction. A transformational leader is able to handle difficult situations and maintain their strong moral values.
