Being a coach who has been working and prepared for the state high school championship game, and suddenly knew that the star player is not eligible for the high school athletics the night before the game is such a hard situation and require critical thinking. To make the right decision, it is well known that the coach's ability to motivate athletes is a desirable trait to help athletes play to their fullest potential and therefore it is essential to players’ success, especially in a situation where players need it the most, as in championship.
