While in the Military I was a Logistic Specialist. We are in charge of the command budget and responsible for the management and distribution of all storerooms and warehouses. We managed million of dollars in equipment and money every quarter. While being station in Hawaii my leading petty was suddenly replaced by me because of medical reason. This was my first time being a leader and to make matter worst I wasn’t the senior person. Our warehouses contained everything from fancy pen to electronic GPS’s and Laptops. I had seven sailors I was in charge of managing. I wanted to do well and prove I was worthy of the position. The position put my coworker and me in many difficult positions.
