Never had I devoted any thought to technology and how it has affected society until now. Although there are many ways in which we can as human beings misuse and abuse technology, there are Bible stories that appear to verify the role of current technology, and the growth of technology in our society today. Here are some examples of how positive technology can be seen today, “Technological development can sometimes glorify God; Part of the image of God in humans may be the desire to create things; and Technology can be used to make us better stewards and ministers,” (Bible on use of technology, October, 2016). Therefore, when applying each one of these concepts correctly, there can be a positive impact on humanity.
Technology has changed our lives in the last 10-15 years and we have seen growth in many fields and we have welcomed new ways of thinking about doing ordinary things. Such as how we do our shopping, banking, media, personal communication, social networking, cars and a vast array of other things throughout our day to day living. So many of us have become so dependent upon technology than what we did 10-15 years ago.

Billy Graham speaks, “about science and technology and that despite its many advances it has not been able to solve the problems of evil, suffering, and death,” (Graham 2008). Dr. Graham had three key points that he spoke on. 1) “Technology cannot solve the problem of human evil.” Our world is filled with so many problems disease, pollution, poverty, ignorance, religious confusion, war, terrorist act, crime, violence, hunger, immorality, slavery, oppression, political upheaval and much more; 2) “Technology cannot solve the problem of human suffering.” Men have created many amazing technological inventions, but they cannot create solutions to their problems. Mankind has harnessed the power of computers to help process vast amounts of information, but human beings cannot correctly process their personal problems. Scientists have discovered much about the size, majesty and precision of the universe, but they cannot discover the way to peace and 3) “Technology cannot solve the problem of death.” One of the greatest surprises in our lives is the brevity of life, in which mankind does not possess the power over. No one knows the day nor the hour when our spirit shall leave our earthly body, except for
