Odysseus's story begins when he leaves his wife and child to volunteer as a Greek Warrior in the Trojan war for ten years- as was his duty. With his strength OD slayed countless numbers of the enemy on the shores of Troy with a mighty sword. When his numbers dwindled he devised the cunning plan of the famous giant trojan horse to infiltrate and conquer the sleeping city. Even in the face of death with Scylla and Charybdis; Odysseus was the one who called his remaining men to battle, gave them courage with his powerful speeches, and his inspirational courage. As any human being does, Odysseus has a weak spot that. For example, when his crew was silently making their getaway, Odysseus was so overcome with pride that he shouted, not only his full name, but home address.
