Physical distance is also not at all an issue in the modern age if you are making use of these means to communicate. There are apps that can assign tasks and check the projects of employees with the mobile devices that have a secured internet connection. Through internet and social media, people can even market their businesses. Everyone is on the internet and on social media almost every day.
