The Role Of Hunger In America

Decent Essays
The food in this picture represents the desperation feeling that struggles could lead to death. Food is something that we all live for, without food we all wouldn’t have existed. There is a struggle for survival in poor families. Poor people don’t have enough resources to gain access to food, especially underprivileged kids in streets that don’t have access to safe food. When hunger strikes, they have no other options than eating off the ground. This is why we have so much children dying and getting infected by diseases. People are willing to do anything when they are struggling for hunger. Research shows that girls who live in streets end up being a prostitute. We can’t really blame the girls for that because they don’t have any other choice.
