Drugs have been present in Alexis Neiers life from an early age; claiming to have experimented with prescription pill Xanax by the seventh grade and the following year to have tried cocaine and inhaled a small amount of meth (Vice, 2014). Experimenting with a battery list of substances seemingly indiscriminately Neiers addiction centered on Oxycodone, a prescription pain killer and heroin.
