She has lost something and he has too, but still they go through life like it never happened; they can not change it though they try so hard to do so, they can forgive but never forget the pain and sorrow from that day, so they keep chugging along day-after-day. Everybody experiences the loss of a loved one at some point in their life. However, some losses may be harder than others and everyone deals with death in different ways. Some may shut down and not like to talk about it, while others want to cry and discuss how they are feeling. The history of death, how people grieve about it, and how life is after the loss of a loved one. Death happens to everyone at some point in their life and those who are still here have many ways to cope with the loss of their loved ones, but how do most of them manage to recover.
Even though, everyone dislikes death it will still always be a part of life. Just like in the book The Crucible; Mrs. Putnam had lost seven babies due to miscarriages (Miller 917). Nonetheless, in the book Of Mice and Men, George had to take his friend, Lennie’s life or else Curley would have made Lennie suffer a slow painful death (Steinbeck). There are many ways to die some ways are more extreme than others. Furthermore, there are many forms of death such as: murder, hanging, stoning, pressing and illnesses. According to Schonfeld,

Most of those people which are still here are either still attempting to cope, or they are finally in the process of recovery. Is it hard to recover from a death of a loved one, yes indeed it is very hard. These people which are succeeding in recovering have to be really strong, although they may not look like it on the outside. George recovered after shooting his best friend from point blank in the back of the head, yet he recovered by getting back to work and realizing that his best friend was then in a better place
