The U.S Census Bureau defines baby boomers as those employees born between 1946 and 1964. Accordingly, this generation is currently in the mid to late part of their careers. In a public accounting firm context, the baby boomers are most likely serving in the most senior-level roles (e.g., managing directors and partners).
