The US government has over the period of times been in the limelight for championing the war against animal cruelty and the propagation of any form of cruelty through any platforms such as social media or videos; this led to the development of laws that put a halt to such sales. With the passing of the bills into law, cruelty against animals would, therefore, be termed as illegal and against the animal rights. Additionally, selling of any material that depicts or is intended to promote the selling of animals will also be termed illegal in the States. This paper will answer questions such as; what would happen if one is found selling such material or and the implications that would follow such an individual basing the arguments from the laws
