TITLE According to Arthur Ashe, a famous tennis player and author, “Success is a journey not a destination. The doing is often more important than the outcome. “ Without a successful journey the person will never reach their destination or achieve their goal. Doing so may lead the person to new accomplishments and they will gain everything from relationships to knowledge. All of these things can change a person. The journey is important than the destination because its makes people go through significant changes, and with these changes people can become a whole new person. During the journey a person can gain a lot of of things one very important one is knowledge and learning lessons. The journey can make a person learn many lessons and gain a lot of knowledge. Sometimes during a journey the person will be faced with many different decisions. The person may have many choices and these choices may affect the rest of the journey and the outcome of the journey. The poem “The Road not Taken” the person is faced with two “roads” or two choices. The person decides to choose one road. The road that they chose affects the rest of the poem. The poem states, “Two roads diverged in a yellow wood, And sorry I could not travel both. “ (Frost 1-2) The person has two choices and they can only pick one. They know that their decision is important and that they can’t do both. It is a hard decision and because of this a person can tell that there will be a big impact on the rest of their journey or the outcome of their journey. The decision that the person made affected the rest of their journey.
