Imagery is very important in this poem as the narrator is describing the setting for most of the poem. The eloquent adjectives describing the setting throughout the poem enables the reader to create a vivid image of the “Two roads diverged…” Frost incorporates the image of the diverged road which is symbolic of the endless possibilities and opportunities available to each individual throughout life – however it depends on the persona to choose it or not.
