Recently, I had a chance to read “The Road Not Taken”, one of the most familiar and popular poems of Robert Frost. The poem was about two different directions, which indicate the paths in life. The narrator did not know what they will be, but he had to make a decision on one of them, and he regretted on another way. He took the road that less traveled by because he might be different than everyone else. Moreover, the poetry represented that every road has both misfortune and pleasant surprises. However, no matter the outcome is, he will gladly accept and not sorry for it because he was the one who made it. I have learned that life is not a mistake or an accident, but it is a gift, and I have to open mind and will continue to open other gifts. The most precious gifts I have opened thus far have involved discovery of who I am and what I like. An important thing for me is finding and always be yourself because when we know ourselves, we also know what we like and want for our life., and at least, we might define our lifestyle and first of all, we will find a happiness. I have met with many people, whose paths cross through my life, having the same preference, a way of life, or passion. This is one of many opportunities that I have met. It is obvious that every step of our life face the problem of choosing which may be including small things we do in a daily life. I believe there many paths to choose, and every decision in every day of a person’s life will lead to further other good opportunities. Honestly, I would say that I do regret every choice I have made which did not suit me because it extremely wasted my time. Nevertheless, I will make a better one tomorrow with all the experiences and mistakes that I have acquired from the past. I cannot imagine what will I be in the future, maybe a leader of the organization, astronaut, singer or actor? Exactly, we do not know because there will always be other roads, and there will always be choices. Therefore, if I failed to the path that I took, I will not lose a hope otherwise, turning it into a lesson telling myself that this is not the end of the journey that I take and make it a reason to keep on fighting for life until I make it to the last part of my
