There are one billion people lacking in to the health care systems. Nearly each year there are 36 million deaths caused by diseases. Over seven million children that are under the age of 5 die from malnutrition and diseases each year. In 2008, there are 6 million people died from an infectious disease, such as, HIV and AIDS. Two million people died from Tuberculosis and almost two million people die from pneumococcal disease every year. According from the United Nations, there are nearly 200,000 people each year die from drug abuse, and globally, the treatment for it would cost about 250 billion a year that needed proper care. This disease is the number one killer for woman and forms cancer that combines. Many woman dies from breast cancer; it is killing approximately one every minute. 43 million women in the United States are affected by diseases. One of the deadly disease that happened was the Ebola outbreak. It affects people in Africa is so many ways. It nearly killed 90 percent of the people infected. Since 1984, there are more women that have died each year from this threat. High blood pressure, high cholesterol, and smoking are the risk factors for getting heart disease. Half of the Americans have at least three of these risk factors. Those people who have diabetes tend to have heart attacks at a young age. With a disease, they should have plans when a sudden attack happens in a near future. Not being concerned with this kind of disease can be panicky for future family. Diseases are a serious condition to those who are in risk factors, these kind of problems needs to get taken care of immediately by some specialists. Society have not taken the chances to think about how they will live with a sudden death. Some people would not want to stop the treatment because they still want them to have the chance to live longer. There are many people that are lazy to cook, they rather go out and get food that is not sure on how they make it. There are more than 78 million adult Americans that are considered obese. “And per a new study out Monday, the number of overweight people in the U.S will grow to almost 42 percent of the country by 2030, and cost a whopping $550 billion in obesity related health care costs per year,” (ABC News). And being obese is not a joke, it can cause so many problem in our body that it can also put people in danger. Even children from ages two to five, they nearly tripled young ages that are overweight. The government seem to not care at all about health problems in America. It is nearly impossible for them to eat healthy because they are used to eating fast food. There are many people that would not agree that fast food restaurants should be taken down, a lot of people will protest this even if their health is on the line. Not many people care about their health, they just want to keep eating until they are satisfied. “If so much of population has become overweight it can’t mean there has been a massive individual failure suddenly, over the past 20 years. You have to say to yourself, ‘Why now? What has caused this?” (Kumanyika). Every turn in each corner there is food, basically a sign for people to eat and drink.
