Social media also plays a huge role in teens with their view on sex and their morals. If you go onto a social media application it will most likely have a age restricted notification that informs the use that they must be at least 18 and more than not the user will just click it away. The reason they will put this in there is protect the company from any conflicts that may come along with sexual content on the app. Many teens are scrolling through social media and will run across the sight of a very attractive male or female that is most likely photo shopped and it will put the false expectations into their heads that it is what a male or female should look like.
