Period 6 Mr. Carvalho The Resurrection is both historical and a transcendent event. Although the tomb was found empty and Jesus’ disciples saw Him, the effects of the Resurrection go way beyond their time. It is the source of faith in Jesus as the Son of God. Yet, this is not always easy. Just like the Tribune in Risen, we may doubt while we search for Jesus. As Christians, we can accept and participate in the Resurrection in many ways. By participating the in the Resurrection we are confirming Jesus’ divinity and that He was the son of God.
