Design: - Under the design section we will deal with four parties Designers, Architects, engineers, and regulatory authorities. Each party has their own roles and responsibilities. Designers: - The designers will provide the assistance in project design and develop the activities based on our requirements. They will design documentations, technical provisions and other project related documents. They will discuss all the issues and new design ideas in the project meetings. In these meetings They will also suggest the correct action to remove the issues. They will help the project manager to develop the project plan budget and schedule. They will design the layouts and sketches according to the project requirements. They will also develop …show more content…
They will attend the weekly progress meetings, in these meetings they will aware the staff about where we are in the project actually and what kind of improvements we need to attain the maximum progress. They will maintain the working environment safe and clean by implement procedures rules and regulations. They will confirm the performance of the project by designing and conducting tests. They will maintain the project schedule by monitoring the project progress, resolving the issues and coordinating activities. They will report to our project manager time to time about the project progress and maintain the project data baes by writing the computer programs entering and backup data. They will also control the project cost by approving expenditures, administering contractor contracts. They will maintain our project under …show more content…
It will ensure assure that the work is performed as required by the contract and meets or exceeds the required qualities. It will assure the acceptable quality of materials, processes, and workmanship in the project. It will assist the quality assurance and quality engineer such as steel reinforcement checking same as in construction drawing. It will issue materials receiving report for the delivered materials. It will also deal with waterproofing checking underground water level. It will complete the required documents to the work performance. It will ensure all the test reports are verified to meet the contract requirements. It will ensure all the materials to delivered to site will inspected and confirm to specified requirements.it will report to the project manager any deficiencies in the operation of quality management and control system.
